When visiting us you can browse for information yourself or if you’d like to discuss your enquiry one of our volunteers will be happy to help.
Depending on your particular needs, we may make an appointment to discuss your problem further – in person, by phone or by email. Alternatively, we may provide you with information to take away, or direct you to a different organisation that is better placed to help you.

And Universal Support Team
In October, the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) came to an agreement with Citizens Advice nationally to fund Universal Support. This will be delivered by Local Citizens Advice offices like Citizens Advice Telford & the Wrekin. We are now recruiting for the following roles: Universal Support Co-ordinator, Universal Support Administrator, Universal Support Telephone Worker and Budgeting and Digital Support Worker.
