Help to Claim: Team Leader
Our Help to Claim project delivers support to local claimants of Universal Credit, up to the first payment. It provides welfare benefits, budgeting and help-to-claim information and practical help including help with making a fully online claim.

- Good knowledge of welfare benefits advice, money advice or similar discipline.
- That you are a fully trained advisor with recent experience of giving advice.
- That you have basic knowledge of Universal Credit and the application process.
- Have at least one years’ experience of maintaining a caseload.
