One to one energy advice to members of the public

One to one energy advice to members of the public regarding issues including reducing energy bills by switching suppliers/tariffs, what help is available to reduce energy bills/improve energy efficiency, billing issues and complaints and dealing with gas and electricity arrears at our office in Wellington.  The project runs until March 2020.

Third party organisations can refer their clients to the project by completing a referral form (please ensure that your client has signed the form) and return it to our office at 40 Tan Bank, Wellington TF1 1HW.  Members of the public should request an energy appointment when attending our Wellington office or outreaches.
