Help to Claim

In partnership with the Department of Working Pensions, our Help to Claim service can support you in the early stages of your Universal Credit claim, from the application process, submitting your claim and support until you have received your first payment.

 

  • Do you have an area of vulnerability that requires Help To Claim support ie: a disability or health condition, limited reading and writing skills, English not being your first language, victim of domestic violence, homelessness (this list is not endless)
  • Have you made their UC claim independently and need digital support and advice until they receive their first payment?
